Click here to learn more about us! **Job Summary** As the Channel Sales Manager you will play a key role supporting the growth our AR Boost software client footprint in the Emergency Medicine, Physician Group, and Hospital business lines. This is a highly visible role within the organization that will drive sales, build a pipeline, and cultivate high revenue and strategic growth initiatives with prospective Channel Partners. **How you'll make an impact**: - Cultivate channel partner and internal relationships to develop and foster new and existing business opportunities, executing against individual/team quota(s), meeting and/or exceeding sales targets - Develop and cultivate a robust pipeline that delivers new annual revenue and accurate, dependable sales forecasts - Investigate and uncover customer pain points, short and long-term goals and objectives as they relate to revenue cycle management and articulate solutions through solution, strategic, and conceptual selling - Manage sales presentations for prospective clients and partners, articulating ZOLL’s unique revenue cycle management software offering value proposition and lead a consultative sale - Build and maintain new channel partnerships through on-going collaboration and training, team based selling activities, and formal agreements, - Lead sales project management initiatives, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed sales plans, and organize cross-functional efforts - Complete and submit sales pipeline prospecting and tracking reports **What you'll need**: - 7+ years of experience in Channel Sales/Business Development or similar role, focused partner resellers and on client accounts - 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management - Experience selling a healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Software Solution - Proven track record and personal drive to achieve sales targets and goals. - Demonstrated ability to manage large / strategic healthcare clients - Detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task and work independently. - Possess integrity, credibility, and a commitment to company Vision and Values - Must be able and willing to travel 50% - Travel during the COVID-19 Pandemic is currently restricted, and need determined on a case by case basis **Bonus points if you have**: - Bachelors Degree in Business or related field **Perks & Benefits**: ZOLL provides a casual work environment, competitive salaries, and a compensation structure that rewards contribution and hard work.
