The Recruiter is responsible for long-term recruiting and staffing plans in line with business needs. This job coordinates with universities to improve the image and visibility of the company on campus. **Key Responsibilities** - Work with the Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and assisting them through the hiring process from start to finish. - Responsible for management of the recruiting and staffing plans on current and future activity forecasts. - Communicate the recruitment process and programs. Generates statistics to keep abreast of recruitment status. - Identifies and maintains regular contact with external recruiting agencies to support the recruiting process. - Establish contacts with universities and coordinate recruiting events. Represent Schlumberger professionally at recruiting activities including career fairs, university visits and interviews. - Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. **Additional Responsibilities** - Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies. - Abides by published list of non poaching agreements to ensure we are in compliance with our agreements and not jeopardizing any relationships with clients. - Promotes privacy awareness, manages and oversees the deployment of Data Protection requirements and the Company's Privacy Strategy. **Qualifications** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree required. **Experience & Exposures**: 5-7 years of recruitment experience Verified experience in recruiting for IT profiles Recruiting for large companies **Competencies** Interpersonal skills - establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization, communication skills including verbal, written and presentation. Customer service, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally. Strong project management and presentation skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
