Given the freedom and autonomy this provides, we require that our people excel in this remote structure. **About the role**: You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality. **Seniority Level**: Mid-level **Responsibilities**: - Test planning and requirements analysis. - Take an active role in all testing levels and development phases. - Contribute to and maintain the team’s internal knowledge base. - Work with ClickUp for deliverables, defect management, test reporting, and other functions. - Participate in defect triage and QA Level Up. - Report testing progress and defect metrics. - Review and provide feedback on high-level requirements, business requirements, and testing documents. - Conduct Functional and API Testing. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manual Testing. - Experience using any of the following: JavaScript, PHP, Python, HTML5, CSS3. - Experience in working in an Agile or Hybrid environment. - A wide array of testing types and techniques. - Attention to detail. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Team player. - Open to new skills and tech stacks. - Comfortable working 9-5 PM EST. - Full-time availability (40 hours/week). - A personal computer with stable internet. **Nice-to-have** - Automation and coding background. **What’s in it for you?** As a full-time member of our team, you’ll enjoy: - Flexible hours, work wherever you choose. - Unlimited PTO. - Non-working holidays per country of residence. - Pro-rated 13th-month bonus in select regions. - Salary increases and performance-based bonuses. - Referral bonuses. - Financial support for online courses. - Mental health and well-being programs. - Fun and casual work environment. - Employee engagement activities and virtual gatherings. - We are a diverse, global team!
