Revenue Growth Management Professional Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Management Professional to support the roll out of revenue growth initiatives in Andina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, commercial acumen, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth across key categories. - Collaborate with the Retail Marketing team to define GTN optimization opportunities. - Work with the RGM Manager to balance price levers and ensure achievement of profitability targets. - Prepare interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators. - Define and evaluate key business metrics to track pricing performance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - At least 1.5 years of experience in data analytics, revenue growth management, finance, or commercial field. - Advanced English Level. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Google tools. - Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Experience in database programming languages SQL & Python (Intermediate level).
