The role of Supervisor, Training & Quality is to assist in the analysis, scheduling and implementation of all classroom training and Transactional Monitoring in support of assigned client programs. This ensures superior workforce preparation and supports clients with multiple programs or lines of business across various sites/geos. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the analysis, scheduling and implementation of classroom training and Transactional Monitoring - Support clients with multiple programs or lines of business - Supervise Evaluators and Trainers who support assigned portfolios - Cultivate client and departmental relationships for reduced cost, continual performance improvement and increased revenue - Oversee the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department Career Path Policies - Required tenure: 6 months - Required performance: KPIs or goals on target for the business unit in the last 3-month period - Must not have active disciplinary actions - The game-changer may participate in only one process at a time - Comply with the learning paths of the Corporate University - Must remain at least 6 months in the position to apply for another call - If necessary to launch the same call for applications several times, the not selected game-changer will not be able to apply for the same position in the following 2 months - The process is performed and/or outside working hours, making the game-changer available in their free time if required - Any other guidelines arising from legislation or client guidelines will be recorded within the current procedure and platform This role requires effective collaboration with clients and departments to achieve desired outcomes. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
