Meeting Insights & Follow-Through – Join meetings, capture key takeaways, and ensure action items are completed. Inbox & Communication Management – Organize and prioritize emails, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups. Calendar & Scheduling – Manage appointments, coordinate meetings, and keep the CEO on track with deadlines. Project & Task Oversight – Track tasks using Microsoft Office and Monday.com , ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Proactive Problem-Solving – Identify gaps, take initiative, and execute tasks without micromanagement. The Profile What You Need Strong intuition & adaptability – Able to anticipate what the CEO needs, even when it's not explicitly stated. Highly autonomous work ethic – You thrive with minimal direction and don’t need constant check-ins. Exceptional organizational skills – Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities. Professional communication skills – Able to interact with executives, clients, and teams with confidence. Experience in a high-level support role , ideally as an Executive Assistant. Tech-savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office and Monday.com (or similar tools). Clear, professional English communication.
