The Global Reporting & Analytics team within Johnson & Johnson Consumer plans, architects, builds and validates tools and processes for the organization and its business and technology partners. This critically important team is governed by cross-organizational processes that enable an outstanding user experience while ensuring a strong dedication to reporting standards and compliance with our regulatory partners. The team is comprised of several Analysts and a Team Lead that work multi-functionally with the regional domain specialists and business partners to implement and coordinate reporting and analytics. The Global Reporting & Analytics Analyst will deliver accurate and precise reporting and analytics to the Global Consumer Care (GCC) organization at the Global, Regional and Market Levels. This role will design, build and implement reports and dashboards using reporting visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Salesforce Ad-Hoc Reporting and Dashboards/Einstein Analytics. Programming languages/databases like Visual Basics, Python, MS Flow, SQL and Microsoft Access will be used to build and maintain SMART forms and reports. The Analyst will build, own and maintain reporting templates, data dictionaries and robotic assistants (Machine Learning and Intelligent Process Automation) to deliver efficient, accurate, consistent and controlled reports and analysis at every self-serve execution. The execution of reports & analysis will be governed by standards and processes enforcing timely and quality completions. The Analyst will solve data / reports anomalies as well as own and author investigations and corrective actions. **You will be responsible for**: - Design, build and implement reports and dashboards. - Design, build and implement robotic assistants. - Develop and own report templates as well as fix template-related issues. - Program and maintain SMART forms and reports. - Author and/or collaborate on procedures, work instructions and user guides governing GCC Reporting & Analytics. - Own and collaborate on GCC Reporting & Analytics-related incidences, investigations and corrective actions / preventative actions. - Contribute to workflow dashboard metrics. - Gain alignment of transactional master data to promote report standardization and consistency. - Collect reporting & analytics and automation demands from users ensuring appropriate prioritization. **Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**: - BA/BS in business or technology required - Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in senior roles in reporting & analytics environments - 5 years’ experience in Visual Basics programming - 5 years’ experience in reporting visualization software such as Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, Microsoft Excel and Salesforce Ad-Hoc Reporting and Dashboards/Einstein Analytics - 5 years’ experience in database administration (Oracle, SQL Server and/or MySQL) - 2 years’ experience in Intelligent Process Automation and Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing - Understanding of data management systems - Experience supporting contact centers' operations a plus - Strong customer service orientation, creative and positive problem solver - Strong analytical skills with the ability to pinpoint problems in data records based on analysis - Strong leadership skills facilitating the direction of individuals in the context of project related activities - Excellent written and verbal communication
