As we scale our operations, we’re looking for an influencer marketing associate to help us build high-quality, long-term creator relationships. Role Overview You will be responsible for identifying top TikTok Shop creators and negotiating retainer deals aligned with client goals. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role that requires a mix of outreach, negotiation, strategic thinking, and execution. This is not just a sourcing or admin role—you will be on the front lines, pitching brand opportunities, closing deals, and shaping the future of how brands collaborate with TikTok creators. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, proactive, and obsessed with creator culture. Key Responsibilities Creator Sourcing & Relationship Management - Identify high-performing TikTok Shop creators across relevant product categories - Maintain and organize lead lists using internal tools and TikTok Shop data - Build trust-based relationships with creators and creator managers Negotiation & Deal Structuring - Pitch ongoing collaboration opportunities with clear value propositions - Close retainer-based deals that align with brand goals and budgets - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations Internal Collaboration & Reporting - Work cross-functionally with Account Managers and Ad Buyers to align on creator strategy - Track outreach, responses, and deal pipeline in CRM or Notion - Report on deal success and creator ROI to inform future campaigns Ideal Candidate Profile - Full professional fluency in English - 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator economy, or partnerships - Deep understanding of TikTok trends, creator types, and what drives performance on TikTok Shop - Highly personable, persuasive, and resilient—able to manage multiple conversations at once - Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a knack for deal-making - Strong work ethic and attention to detail—you follow up, follow through, and get results - Curious, moldable, and growth-minded—you’re excited to learn and scale with us Nice to Have - Experience working with TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate platforms, or creator CRM tools - Prior exposure to e-commerce, especially in beauty, wellness, or supplements - Familiarity with deal tracking pipelines (Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, etc.) Why Join Us - Be part of a top-performing team reshaping the influencer x e-commerce landscape - Get in early with a fast-scaling agency and grow into a strategic leadership role - Work with some of the most exciting brands and creators on TikTok LUDQdjaqQS
