Public Private Partnership Transactions Advisor IFC is seeking a seasoned analyst to support PPP project implementation in the Andean Region and Southern Cone. - Develop financial analysis and models to assess project feasibility. - Support in selecting consultants, drafting terms of reference, RFPs, and funding applications. - Assist in business development activities: preparing pitchbooks, proposals, mandates, marketing documents, and roadshows. - Support project scoping, financial modeling, and analysis. - Manage project execution documentation and internal approval processes. - Coordinate with IFC departments including environmental, social, legal, and investment teams. - Understand the World Bank program for the assigned countries and assess PPP opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, project finance, M&A;, privatization, or private equity. - Proven ability in financial modeling and analysis. - Experience in infrastructure sectors; sector trends and legal knowledge are a plus. - Strong teamwork skills in diverse, dispersed teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
