The Job Responsibilities Work within the Saber system to issue tickets quickly and accurately. Use our ticketing portal to process and complete ticket requests efficiently. Monitor and respond to calls from airlines as needed. Collaborate with our 24-hour on-call team to ensure uninterrupted service. The Profile Requirements Proficiency in Saber is required. Ability to issue tickets within 30 seconds . Strong English communication skills. Availability on Sundays (non-negotiable), with potential for additional hours based on business needs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a similar role with a track record of fast and accurate ticketing . Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and solve issues independently. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
