We love all things agile and here at Somo, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing team in Colombia!About the Job - We are working with a client to revamp their platform and bring them into the 21st Century world of digital! - They provide political companies with information, that allows their customers to stay up to date with important trends and topics they subscribe to, and provide research, and content while also hosting and organizing events. - We are looking for a Scrum Master to coach the team to get the most out of agile software delivery. You will be facilitating and running all key Scrum events, coaching the team in Scrum so they become self-managing, liaising with the Product Owner(s) to refine, maintain, augment and prioritize the Product - Backlog plus so much more!About You - We would love to see strong knowledge of the Scrum framework, with an understanding of Agile approaches.
