On behalf of Tipalti, SD Solutions is looking for atalented Customer Success Manager to join a rapidly growing fintechcompany! About the Role As a Customer Success Manager, you will beessential in helping our customers succeed with our products andservices. You will serve as the primary contact, fostering strong,long-lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction,engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. Your responsibilitiesinclude proactively managing accounts, setting benchmarks,conducting business reviews, reviewing product usage and feedback,and suggesting enhancements to improve customer experience.Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships witha portfolio of 150+ clients, supporting them throughout theirjourney post-implementation, including onboarding, adoption, andexpansion. 2. Become an expert in our products and services,staying updated on new features and sharing best practices withcustomers. 3. Drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, andadvocacy. 4. Act as the owner and primary contact for customeraccounts, monitoring for areas of improvement and resolving issuespromptly. 5. Identify growth opportunities through upselling andcross-selling. 6. Focus on net dollar retention and churnprevention, prioritizing customer experience and loyalty. 7.Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Support, Product, and Marketingteams to gather and act on feedback. 8. Utilize data to informdecisions and improve customer experience, and mentor team members.Requirements 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer successor account management, preferably in fintech. 2. Experience withERP, accounts payable, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, andanalytics tools is a plus. 3. Strong understanding of fintechindustry and products. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. 5. Highly organized with strong written and oralcommunication skills. 6. Enthusiastic, proactive, committed, andprofessional. 7. Ability to create compelling client presentationsand gather complex requirements. 8. Experience engaging with allorganizational levels, from executives to staff. 9. Projectmanagement skills and accounting knowledge, including CPA orsimilar certification, are preferred.
