Your expertise in architectural design, urban planning, and project management will be instrumental in shaping the built environment and creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Develop and implement comprehensive master plans for various projects, considering factors such as land use, zoning, infrastructure, environmental impact, and community needs. - Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs, incorporating innovative and sustainable design principles while adhering to local regulations, codes, and industry standards. - Lead architectural projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations. - Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery. - Conduct site visits, analyze existing conditions, and assess feasibility for proposed projects, considering topography, infrastructure, environmental constraints, and social dynamics. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture, urban planning, and sustainable design, and incorporate them into project strategies and solutions. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts, project progress, and proposals to clients, authorities, and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and accessibility standards throughout the design and construction process. - Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their vision, goals, and requirements, and translating them into design solutions. - Continuously evaluate and refine design processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within the architectural and design team. **About you** - Proven experience in architectural design and master planning, preferably with a focus on large-scale projects and urban development. - Tech savvy and strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Solid understanding of sustainable design principles, building systems, and construction techniques. - Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. - Detail-oriented mindset with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking. - Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. - A portfolio showcasing previous architectural designs and master planning projects. - Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure as an architect is preferred. - Has Real Estate Knowledge and General Knowledge of the Construction Sector - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Presentable and willing to travel as needed. **About the Company** Storylines Global Inc. is an all-inclusive, sustainable luxury residential cruise ship.
