Key Responsibilities: - Model Development & Deployment: -Design, build, and implement machine learning models and algorithmsthat enhance lead generation and conversion processes. -Collaborate with data engineers and software developers tointegrate models into our production systems. - Develop andmaintain robust pipelines for training, testing, and deploying MLmodels in a scalable and efficient manner. - Data Analysis &Feature; Engineering: - Analyze large datasets to identify trends,patterns, and anomalies that can inform model improvements. -Perform feature engineering to extract meaningful insights fromcomplex datasets, ensuring models are both accurate and efficient. - Optimization & Performance Monitoring: - Monitor modelperformance in real-time and implement strategies for continuousimprovement. - Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks,ensuring models operate at peak efficiency. - Collaboration &Innovation;: - Work closely with cross-functional teams includingdata scientists, engineers, product managers, and businessstakeholders. - Stay current with the latest advancements inmachine learning, data analytics, and related technologies, andapply innovative solutions to business challenges. - Contribute toresearch initiatives and technical discussions to continuouslyevolve our machine learning capabilities. - Documentation &Reporting;: - Document model development processes, experiments, andfindings. - Prepare clear and concise reports for both technicaland non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics,Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in machinelearning, statistical modeling, and data analysis. - Strongprogramming skills in languages such as Python (preferred), R, orJava. - Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries(e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Proficiency in SQL andfamiliarity with big data technologies. - Solid understanding ofalgorithms, data structures, and software design principles. -Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach toovercoming challenges. - Ability to work collaboratively in afast-paced, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
