Fos Feminista

**About Fòs Feminista** Fòs Feminista is as an intersectional feminist organization centered around the sexual and reproductive rights and needs of women, girls, and gender-diverse people. Led and governed by the Global South, Fòs Feminista works as an alliance of organizations in 40+ countries worldwide to advance sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice. As the connecting fabric of this alliance, Fòs Feminista orchestrates transnational and transregional action, amplifies partners’ work, and promotes South-South learning and collaboration toward achieving common objectives. Together with our partners, we provide access to sexual and reproductive health care, including contraception, abortion, and care for victims of gender-based violence, and we reach young people with comprehensive sexuality education. We recognize that the ability of women, girls, and gender-diverse people to make free and informed choices about sexual and reproductive lives, including to access safe and legal abortion, is central to their life plans and to achieving gender and reproductive justice. As such, we are at the forefront of advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights from an intersectional lens in national, regional, and global spaces, coordinating with our partners to ensure that diverse experiences, priorities, and voices of the Global South are represented in these spaces. **Position Summary** As the Officer, Digital Content Production, you will play a critical role in helping Fòs Feminista embody its brand identity by working with partners, artivists, activists, and influencers throughout the world to tell our inspiring new collective story and collaborate in Fòs Feminista’s projects related to communication, including AMAZE LAC. **Supervisory Relationship** The Officer, Digital Content Production will report to the Senior Officer, Digital Content. **Key Responsibilities** - In collaboration with the Senior Officer, Digital Content, develop digital content strategies for amplifying and promoting the Alliance’s partners - Oversee the implementation of the AMAZE LAC project and develop the strategies and content related to it - Establish and cultivate relationships with an expanding ecosystem of partners - Source story and content ideas from contacts at partner organizations - Grow, engage and cultivate a dynamic network of artivists and influencers - Collaborate on other communications-related projects with other units of the Fòs Feminista team - Work closely with the digital fundraising & marketing team to produce content that generates results - Contribute to the development of a unified content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year - Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining engaging and informative - Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review peer content to compare their activities with those of Fòs Feminista in order to learn and evolve our program **Education and Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in digital communications, marketing, media production, or a related field - A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role at another organization or agency **Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities** - Passion for and solid understanding of sexual and reproductive health and rights through an intersectional feminist lens and/or grassroots NGO context - Strong commitment to anti-racism, equity, and social justice including a focus on self-awareness and engagement in continuous learning around issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. - Demonstrated ability to create content that motivates, delights, inspires to give, educates, informs, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms - Experience working in sensitive and fast-moving news, communications, or advocacy contexts - Strong teamworking skills and ability to interact with different colleagues across the world and elsewhere - Professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and at least one of Fòs Feminista’s other core language (Spanish, Portuguese, and French) - Excellent verbal communication skills - Ability to write, interpret, and edit HTML scripts - Basic technical knowledge of WordPress - Strong awareness of digital trends - Experience using Canva, Photoshop, and other design software - Ability to produce and edit video a plus **Safeguarding Commitments** Fòs Feminista is committed to ensuring that the health, rights, and wellbeing of all children, young people, and vulnerable populations, who work and engage with Fòs Feminista’s Team Members and Associated Persons are respected and protected in their interactions with them and requires all its Team Members and Associated Persons to share this commitment. - Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to safeguarding in the United St
