Job summary is seeking experienced Building Envelope/ Curtain Wall Specialists to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities - Manage the design and engineering of building envelope systems and curtain walls, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and efficient solutions for building envelope construction. - Review and evaluate contractor proposals and bids, making recommendations based on technical specifications and project requirements. - Monitor project progress and coordinate with project managers to address any challenges or delays. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building envelope technology, incorporating new methodologies and best practices into project designs. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in building envelope design and engineering, with a focus on curtain walls. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks and similar. - Expert in Shop Drawing development and Fabrication Drawing Development. - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to building envelope systems and curtain walls. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
