POSITION OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Global Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, this position will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, leveraging their proficiency in Adaptive Insights to administer and optimize the platform for accurate and strategic decision-making. As the primary administrator for Adaptive Planning, responsibilities will include maintaining system integrity, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering valuable insights through comprehensive reporting and analysis. The role will partner with commercial leaders and their teams, acting as a vital link between operations, accounting, and finance. A deep understanding of fundamental accounting principles, finance best practices, and passion for data analytics is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Adaptive Planning Administration Serve as the system administrator for Adaptive Planning—owning structures, calculations, and report development. Manage and update chart of accounts, organizational hierarchies, and driver-based models Maintain data accuracy and integrity across planning modules. Support integration of Adaptive Planning with ERP (Ledger) and CRM systems. Financial Planning and Analysis Build and maintain detailed financial models, including budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans. Support monthly performance reporting and variance analysis for commercial leaders. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that drive business insights and decision-making. Lead ad-hoc analysis and special projects. Reporting and Dashboard Creation Create, maintain, and distribute dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports using Adaptive Planning. Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop custom reporting solutions. Process Improvement Identify and implement improvements to financial processes using Adaptive Planning . Drive automation and efficiency in planning and reporting workflows. REPORTS TO: Remotely: Global Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and to the Share Service Center Director JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles. Hands-on experience as an Adaptive Planning administrator is required . Experience with system integrations (Adaptive + ERP/CRM) is a strong plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. High attention to detail and strong project ownership. Location: Colombia resident, preferably of Bogota, 90% remote and 10% on site.
