We seek a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to align the group's financial goals with the overall strategic vision, navigate regulatory environments, and provide tailored advisory services to our elite clients. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning Objective: The CFO must be a key strategic partner, working closely with the Board of Directors, investors, and the executive team to ensure that Efinti Holdings achieves its growth objectives and leadership position in the fintech sector. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Identify and prioritize investment areas to support the group's growth. - Develop dynamic financial models reflecting short- and long-term scenarios. Debt Structuring and Management Objective: Ensure optimal debt structures that balance capital efficiency and costs. - Negotiate favorable terms with banks and other funding sources. - Oversee compliance with debt obligations and report related metrics. - Manage credit lines and bridge financing for operations and expansion. Investor Relations Objective: Maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors. - Prepare clear and comprehensive financial reports for the Board and investors. - Act as the main point of contact for VCs, institutional funds, and other stakeholders. - Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial growth strategies. Cash Flow Management and Resource Allocation Objective: Ensure resources are available for treasury operations and growth. Monitor daily and projected cash flow to avoid liquidity gaps. Evaluate and prioritize resource allocation in EFY Finance and Efinti to maximize returns. Tax Compliance and Reporting Objective: Ensure tax compliance across all operating jurisdictions. Coordinate with tax advisors in Cayman, Colombia, Panama, the United States, Ecuador, El Salvador, and other regions. Ensure timely and error-free submission of tax returns and reports. Optimize the group's tax structure, minimizing risks and costs. Financial Reporting and Accounting Objective: Maintain accurate financial records and comply with accounting standards. - Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group. - Ensure the implementation of international standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP, or NIIF). - Ensure successful audits and compliance with regulatory requirements. Capital Management and Fundraising Objective: Ensure the availability of capital to execute growth strategies. - Lead efforts to secure funding rounds (debt or equity). - Negotiate terms with strategic investors while ensuring control retention. - Manage raised capital to align with strategic priorities. Objective: Identify opportunities for profitability and operational efficiency. - Monitor and analyze key financial indicators. - Implement initiatives to improve margins and reduce costs. - Collaborate with product and technology leaders to assess returns on new initiatives. Risk Assessment and Mitigation Objective: Protect the financial and operational stability of the group. - Identify financial, regulatory, and operational risks. - Design mitigation strategies aligned with local and international regulations. - Oversee compliance with internal and external policies. Leadership and Development of the Finance Team Objective: Build and lead a high-performing financial team. - Recruit, train, and develop talent in finance and accounting. - Foster collaboration among teams from different countries and business units. - Establish a culture of transparency, accuracy, and strategic focus. • Fluency in Spanish and English (professional level).
