Business Intelligence Senior Analyst This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations - Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement - Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency - Optimize data models and query performance to enhance dashboard efficiency - Provide training and support to end-users on data interpretation - Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and technologies, recommending improvements to our current processes and tools - Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices
