Requirements Must Have • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development. • Highly proficient in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Familiarity with Storybook for UI component development. • Experience with Ant Design and its implementation in projects. • Strong understanding of modern web development practices and tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and perform code reviews. • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have • Participation in pair programming sessions. • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain complex web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Utilize Storybook for building and documenting UI components. • Ensure consistency and adherence to design principles by leveraging Ant Design. • Work independently to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines. • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. • Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and backend engineers to create seamless and performant user interfaces. • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
