Develop a good working relationship with key collaborators: market, FC, STC, STP and global teamsProvide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested.Additional RequirementsTake full ownership of Record-to-Report (RTR) activities from both business and technical standpointsEnsuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelinesServe as the primary point of contact for the RTR team, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end journal entry process, including upstream and downstream impactsEnsure timely resolution of all open GLAT itemsMaintain strict compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsProactively identify and implement process and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency and improve collaborator satisfactionEnsure the intercompany team operates all CARM and GAR controls effectively and on time, while identifying and mitigating potential risksChampion a culture of high engagement by training, coaching, and empowering team members, and supporting their skill developmentChip in to continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and simplification of processesCollaborate closely with Business Finance and other finance partners to ensure smooth and effective financial operationsQualifications & SkillsDegree or equivalent experience educated in relevant finance / business, Professionally qualified like CA/ CMA/CPAFinancial Accounting / Reporting, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferredExperience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantageSophisticated Collaborator management & leadershipPerformance orientation and problem solvingOutstanding personal and virtual communication skillsTeam leadershipAbility to manage expectations both from team and collaboratorsManage and grow remote teamsWork experienceMinimum of 3 years working and management experience in a multinational corporate environment, with exposure to some of the following areas:Financial and Management Accounting, Controlling & Reporting processesAccounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, etc.) experience is considered as an advantageInternal / external audit experience and/or SOXExperience with Shared services process activitiesImprovement in executionProject / change managementBusiness experience and understandingRisk assessmentImproved senior collaborator management and influencing skillsLanguage skillsEffective communication in English, SpanishFlexible Working Statement:Flexibility is key to our success.
