**Responsibilities** - Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media - Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations **Requirements and skills** - Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency organization. - Ability to manage the first hiring stages (understanding job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing) - Proven track record meeting individual KPIs and metrics - Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems as well as other tools that increase productivity and efficiency - Detail-oriented - Exceptional organizational, time management skills and high-level of multi-tasking - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills HOTJOB **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 18 months **Salary**: $2,500,000 - $5,500,000 per month
