About The Position We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding B2B SaaS team. You will generate and qualify leads primarily in the U.S. and Canadian markets, engaging with accountants to introduce our software and schedule demos, using inbound leads from conferences and outbound efforts. Responsibilities Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients in the accounting industry until they book a demo. Lead Qualification & Outreach: Engage with inbound leads and conduct cold outreach via calls and emails, qualifying leads for demos. Achieve KPIs: Meet monthly demo booking targets, track progress, and adapt strategies accordingly. CRM Management: Use tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and HubSpot to manage leads and track outreach efforts, providing input to optimize system use. Pipeline Growth: Own the initial sales stages, maintaining a healthy pipeline through prospecting and follow-up. Requirements Experience: Prior BDR or similar sales role experience, preferably with English-speaking companies. Language Skills: Native English proficiency. Cold Calling: Confident and skilled in cold calling, which will constitute 80% of your work. Location: Based in LATAM with reliable internet.
