**Role Overview** Ad Pros is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company by identifying and engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to ultimately drive sales revenue. **About Ad Pros** Ad Pros is a paid ads agency that scales 8 and 9-figure direct-to-consumer/e-commerce brands committed to high growth. Outreach and Engagement: - Create prospect lists with our list building service of target clients. - Manage “do not contact” + “out of office” lists - Manage + maintain the dream 1000 list of brands + prospects. - Coordinate automated and manual outreach on social media platforms (Linkedin,X/Twitter, Instagram). - Support in research on outreach strategy, messaging and tactics. 2. Qualification and Appointment Setting: - Respond quickly and professionally to maximize response rates. - Qualify leads to assess their eligibility to work with Ad Pros. - Schedule appointments working with CEO + EA for new prospects. - Provide access to trainings and courses to new prospects. 3. Lead Nurturing: - Nurture relationships for life with ongoing, multi channel communication. - Create a system to identify triggers and messaging for triggers. - Nurture 100 contacts a week to support the sales cycle. 4. CRM Management: - Create new opportunities in the sales pipeline. - Support in creating automations in GoHighLevel (CRM). - Update pipeline stages, tasks and notes in GoHighLevel. - Keep CEO accountable to actions with support of EA. 5. Reporting and Documentation: - Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates on performance. - Identify learnings, trends and opportunities to improve the sales process. * **Qualifications** - Proficient in English (Verbal & Written) - 2+ years of experience in an SDR, Sales or similar. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. **More information** **Language**: - english (required)
