We want people who first and foremost want to be the best at what they do and also help their peers to be the best. **Your principal responsibilities will be**: - Ensure compliance with recruitment goals and metrics - Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational culture - Search and selection of IT profiles - Publications on different sites - Process monitoring - Support in the hiring process for the two verticals in charge **We are looking the next skills**: - Strong problem solving and questioning skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Demonstrable ability to lead work teams, and manage staff. - Ability to work autonomously - Communication, adaptability to change, agile learning, negotiation, customer service and creativity. **Other essential requirements**: - Professional in business, psychology or related studies - In the recruitment of talent for the technology vertical (key position), for a minimum of 3 years. - Certified experience of at least 2 years as a recruiter in preferably ecommerce technology companies. - Bilingual (Spanish or English) *PLUS **What you’ll find when working at Chiper**: An environment rewarding on the we work hard with energy and passion for what we do.
