What We Are Seeking Key Tasks & Accountabilities - Reviewing, analysis and control software contracts from bookings, billing to cash collection. - The leadership of the monthly renewals forecast meeting. - Follow up the Professional Services’ projects revenue, billing, and costs. - Update the Professional Services key performance indicator file. - Analyze month-end results, providing the business monthly reports. - Responsible for commissions process from sales target performance for all the go-to-market team, calculating values and submitting information to the owners and payroll. Skills Academic and professional qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, Industrial Engineering or Economist. Experience - At least 2 years of experience working in financial departments or similar roles. - Proficiency in analyzing financial data in Excel. - Deep knowledge in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis. - Supporting role as Business Partner facilitating communication with the stakeholders. - Experience in Data analytics. (Nice to have) - Experience with critical AI tools, big data, Power automation. (Nice to have) Languages - English advanced level Location - Bogota
