Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of analysts responsible for developing and publishing management dashboards, providing critical insights to drive business decisions. - Design and develop analyses to identify actionable insights and improve collection efforts, working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with technology stakeholders to leverage reporting synergies and optimize data-driven decision-making. Requirements: - Five years' experience in collections/analytics environments delivering performance insights. - Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. - Experience with reporting & statistical software packages such as SAS, R, SQL, Tableau & Power BI. - Results driven individual with high level of curiosity and ability to dive into details without losing sight of the big picture. Working Conditions: Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence with limited travel globally as required.
