Job Description As a Loan Pricing Analyst, you will manage rate locks, ensure accurate pricing for loan officers, commit loans to investors, and maintain timely communication across teams. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite term type contract Shift: Monday to Friday (Flexi), 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PST Work setup: Work from home / Remote Your Daily Tasks - Monitor and manage the Secondary Inbox to ensure timely responses. - Confirm, extend, and revise rate locks as requested. - Commit best-effort loans to investors. - Provide Loan Officers with accurate pricing, including “off-sheet” pricing when needed. - Maintain knowledge of Secondary Marketing policies and procedures to support Loan Officers and processors. - Calculate target margins to ensure profitability. - Communicate proactively with management regarding challenges and opportunities. - Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with associates across departments and provide backup support when needed. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements The Qualifications We Seek - High School diploma or GED required. - Previous experience in mortgage, financial services, or loan operations preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). - Ability to exercise good judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
