Partner Planner Advisor Looking for an execution manager for the LATAM Commercial Alliances and Partner Marketing/Alliances team. This motivated individual will be responsible for tracking vendor funding in regional marketing activities and updating all trackers on a weekly basis. The Role will ensure team executes to budget and meets partner execution guidelines to manage end of quarter financial process. You will: - Lead process improvements and management of reporting team needs. Critical Excel pivot tables. - Support the team and take responsibility for vendor funding outlook, aligning with Budget Managers to ensure full budget utilization, and updating of all internal tracking tools. - Lead quarterly vendor funding accrual with compliance & claiming and finance and accounting teams. - Act as POC with C&C; and Marketing Ops teams to influence correct execution related to proof of execution requirements. - Be Latam POC for global Projects to share and incorporate best practices.
