Job Overview The role of a Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional resident services and performing diverse maintenance duties to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Key Responsibilities: - Perform property maintenance tasks, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance under supervision. - Assist with daily pool/spa maintenance, laundry room, recreation room, rental office, restrooms, and common area upkeep. - Ensure exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds. - Maintain high standards of resident service and relations for the entire staff. - Ensure residents receive a clean, safe, well-maintained community. - Prepare apartments for rent within 3-5 days after vacating. - Maintain accurate inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
