Description Main Responsibilities: - Identify and establish key distribution partnerships across LATAM, with a primary focus on Colombia and surrounding countries, to expand our product reach and drive revenue growth. - Sourcing and managing distributors who supply infection prevention solutions to hospitals, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products. - Developing and implementing regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis. - Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including hospital procurement teams and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment with company objectives. - Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the region to provide valuable insights and recommendations. - Reporting sales performance and business development progress to senior management, providing actionable data to inform strategic decisions. - Frequent travel across LATAM (up to 80% of the time) to visit distributors, clients, and attend industry events, fostering collaboration and building relationships.
