**Job Title**: Head of Capital Advisory Sales Latin America **Department**: Capital Advisory **Summary**: **Responsibilities**: - Lead and manage the capital advisory sales team in Latin America - Develop and implement sales strategies for Latin America - Target and acquire new corporate and government clients - Negotiate and close deals - Track and report on sales performance - Manage a team of sales professionals **Requirements**: - No university degree requirements - 10+ years of experience in corporate and government sales - 10+ years of sales experience in Latin America - Proven track record of success in sales - Strong understanding of the Latin American market - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese **Ideal Experience**: - Mining & metals sector experience - Energy sector experience - Oil & gas industry experience - Real estate industry experience - Physical infrastructure sector experience **Compensation**: The Head of Capital Advisory Sales Latin America will be compensated with a competitive salary and benefits package, including: - Base salary of US$150,000 - Performance-based bonuses equivalent to 5% revenue share on generated revenue **Language**: - Portuguese (required) - Spanish (required)
