We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development efforts in the Spanish automotive aftermarket. Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the regional and national market, enabling them to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these discoveries. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide day-to-day support to our distributors in Spain, covering essential aspects such as ordering, payment control, delivery, and addressing customer inquiries. You will be responsible for proposing competitive pricing strategies, including discounts, to drive sales growth in the region. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of national price lists and assist our Business Development Managers in achieving their sales targets. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the Spanish automotive aftermarket. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to our distributors in Spain, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business results. Your Skills: - Proven expertise in the Spanish automotive aftermarket, with a deep understanding of regional and national market dynamics. - Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). You will report directly to our Sales Director, working closely with our Business Development Manager responsible for the region.
