Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: English – Advanced Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST Salary: $3,000,000 COP - $3,500,000 COP Role Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with experience in drayage operations to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating container movements efficiently while ensuring excellent communication with clients and carriers. You must be proactive, responsive, and capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously. Responsibilities: Keep good communication with clients, make sure to reply to emails in timely manner, advise and provide a resolution if any inconveniences arise. Review information, update the loads correctly and on time on Airtable and TM3. Pay attention to special instructions of the loads to make deliveries/pick ups successfully, request information if needed, such as packing list, PO#/PU#. Dispatch the loads to good carriers, make sure they are set up, and code is active on TM3. Schedule the loads within the free time for imports and ERD/Cut-off time for exports. Update client's portal within 2 hours after a movement is done. Update paperwork to client's portal as soon as it's received. Notify to the client if any extra charges apply at the moment of occurrence and add it to TM3. Request final paperwork and charges as soon as the containers are in gated with admin team in copy. Track the shipments on the SSL and port/rail's websites and update accordingly. Qualifications: Experience in drayage logistics (required). Strong knowledge of shipping, ports, container tracking, and freight documentation. Familiarity with logistics platforms such as TM3, Airtable, and client portals. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
