Unleashed Brands is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented full-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role focuses on supporting marketing efforts by producing high-quality, on-brand visual assets that drive engagement and elevate our franchise marketing strategies. This role will be focused on incorporating existing brand designs and standards across multiple asset types to support marketing needs including but not limited to print/collateral, email, digital, social and merchandising/POP. This position will report to the Vice President of Creative Services but will work closely with the entire marketing department to integrate all creative needs for strategic implementation. What You’ll Do: Keep in mind that this list in not all inclusive. Design Production: Develop marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, print collateral, and digital ads tailored to brand standards. Adapt existing brand assets for custom franchisee requests. Digital Design Expertise: Apply responsive design techniques, UI/UX best practices, and interactive design thinking to digital touchpoints. Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistency across all materials while enhancing visual identity to align with current design trends and digital platform updates. Technology & Efficiency: Utilize the latest design technology and AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance creative output, and deliver innovative solutions. Web & Content Management: Assist in uploading and managing digital assets across CMS platforms, ensuring brand consistency and asset discoverability. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with the internal creative team and franchise marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns and projects. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and for multiple brands, ensuring timely delivery of assets within scope and quality standards. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar work experience 2-3 years of professional design experience preferably within marketing or an agency environment. The ability and desire to stay updated on emerging tools and techniques to incorporate into the creative process and improve project efficiency Portfolio that illustrates the breadth of experience across various mediums, channels, and content types Ability to manage multiple projects in the production pipeline and adhere to tight deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including going the extra mile in order to achieve deadlines and/or meet changing needs Must be able to communicate and collaborate with diverse groups within a fast-paced environment while being detailed oriented and handle constructive feedback with ease Image editing/photo retouching skills Unrivaled attentive eye for quality and detail Impeccable file management and organizational skills Proactive and positive team member, problem solver and excellent communicator Strong work ethic, reliable and flexible to different area(s) needs Desire to learn new things and evolve in order to keep in tune to current trends Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus) Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is an advantage Experience using AI-powered design tools and platforms to enhance creative output and efficiencies is preferred.
