As a key technical expert, you will also be responsible for maintaining best practices in ServiceNow implementations, guiding development teams, and contributing to technical documentation. **Responsibilities**: - Deliver new functionalities across different ServiceNow modules. - Administer, configure, and customize existing ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements. - Adapt ServiceNow modules and business workflows to meet changing customer needs. - Develop and manage integrations with other enterprise systems. - Write and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, source code comments, and system documentation. **Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing solutions. - Experience as a Technical Lead, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations. - Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations. - Strong understanding of relational databases. - Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST. - Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management. - Proficiency in integrating enterprise software systems. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher. **Additional Information** - In compliance with the Law 1581 of 2012, _**_Endava S.A.S. / Endava Colombia S.A.S_**_, identified with _**_NIT.
