**Responsibilities**: As a.NET AM Engineer in a very rich and dynamic environment, you will work closely with the Scrum and Support teams. - You will be in charge of the functional and technical support of the production environments. - L3 activities including configuration, bug fixing, and code enhancements. - Troubleshooting and providing solutions for customer issues. - Monitoring and Incident management. - Participate in Scrum and Support meetings. **Qualifications and Experience**: - Good knowledge of.NET and related technologies. - Experience with JIRA, Service Now, or similar tools. - Experience working in an ITIL-based environment. - Good communication skills, adaptability, and self-control. - Client-driven approach & service-oriented. - Excellent time management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good command of English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
