About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the TIA Delivery team in Colombia. The role involves conducting workshops with customers for analysis and design phases of business transformation projects involving TIA insurance software and other solutions. You will understand customer processes, define future states, and document requirements. Becoming an expert in TIA application functionalities and collaborating with technical teams and project management are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities Participate or lead customer workshops. Analyze and understand customer business processes. Map differences between customer requirements and TIA system features. Identify gaps and propose solutions. Document and present solutions through user stories and specifications. Manage scope, priorities, and backlogs. Facilitate requirement negotiations. Build solution designs based on TIA functionalities. Collaborate with technical teams and support throughout project lifecycle. Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices. Additional Duties Manage stakeholder relationships, support decision-making, ensure compliance with policies, and promote diversity and inclusion. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or with TIA solutions. Fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with system implementation and requirements gathering. Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, SharePoint. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Experience with insurance systems and Oracle SQL/PLSQL. Additional Requirements University degree in a related field. Willingness to travel.
