We are proud to offer high-quality glass containers for beer, wine, spirits, food, non-alcoholic beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. **Job Description**: **JOB SUMMARY**_ _ This position is accountable for supporting the Project Manager & Account Manager, ensuring the acquisition, and tracking of project material, equipment and services, through the creation of purchase requisitions in SAP and tracking of purchase orders. Will maintain a close follow up with suppliers and confirm that they are meeting the project requirements and are responsive to projects timeline, proper documentation and internal processes/procedures. Responsible to keep information updated for cost control monitoring and analysis CapEx and forecast of the project(s **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES** - Review and execute project procurement plan as prepared along with account manager, project manager, portfolio coordinator, procurement and project team. - Enter purchase requisitions, track all shipments and local project related purchase orders within SAP. - Provide equipment delivery status reports to the account manager & project manager and project team members. - Develop the cost control chart along with account manager & project manager, and perform cost control analysis. - Manage import & export logistics per licensee requirement. - Review invoices, down payments and proper documentation from all project related equipment purchases, as well as, work with account manager & project manager, procurement, accounts payable, tax when necessary, and engineering to identify and resolve equipment delivery, invoicing and payment issues with vendors. - Maintain accurate records per document control & retention policy. **Qualifications**: **SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**: - Bachelor’s Degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience. - Minimum 1 years of experience in **Project Management processes.**: - Minimum 1 years of experience in import / export processes or industries. - Familiarity with general engineering and construction projects - desired. - ** SAP** knowledge required - Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools (Especially Excel) - Knowledge on Power BI - desired - English language - native or advance (minimum** C1**) - International Trade Experience - desired Additional Information
