As we grow our Less Than Truckload (LTL) division, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist – LTL to join our team. If you're passionate about logistics, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love solving problems, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage LTL shipments from origin to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective service. Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to track and trace shipments. Resolve issues related to delays, damage, or billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with shipment statuses. Support carrier onboarding and negotiate LTL rates when needed. Monitor KPIs and assist with operational performance analysis. Provide excellent service to clients by addressing their inquiries and keeping them informed. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in LTL freight operations or logistics (preferred). Strong understanding of transportation and LTL market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy and familiar with TMS platforms and Google Workspace tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is mandatory.
