This role is key to our growth: we’re seeking a strategic and highly execution-oriented professional, with the ability to **identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and close deals.** As part of our team, you will be responsible for positioning and expanding our capabilities in Data Analytics, Data Management, Cloud, and Data Science/AI, working closely with consultants, technical teams, and strategic partners to bring our solutions to market. **What will your day-to-day be like?** At Keyrus, every day is a new opportunity to innovate and overcome challenges. You will be involved in: - Lead the identification, development, and **closing of business opportunities** in the IT consulting sector, with a strong focus on data solutions. - Design and implement the **commercial strategy** in Colombia, aligned with Keyrus' global objectives. - Identify **new business lines**, adapt existing services to market needs, and generate differentiated value propositions. - Negotiate with senior-level stakeholders and secure **e**ffective commercial agreements.**: - Manage the entire **sales pipeline** — from prospecting to closing. - Lead and develop the local **sales team**, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, and results orientation. - Work closely with **technology partners** such as Snowflake, Tableau, Dataiku, among others. - Translate client needs into concrete and scalable projects. - Monitor **market trends**and maintain an up-to-date perspective to evolve our service offerings. - Collaborate with **global and local teams** to drive joint initiatives (marketing, pre-sales, delivery, etc.). **Do you have what we are looking for?** We are excited to meet you if: - Over 10 years of **commercial experience in the technology sector**, preferably in **data consulting** or** IT services**. - Proven experience in **closing complex**, consultative deals. - Strong skills in **negotiation** and **consultative selling**, as well as in communication and building strategic relationships. - Solid knowledge of data tools and services: BI, analytics, data platforms, cloud, and machine learning. - Strategic and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to **turn ideas into business opportunities.**: - Ability to lead **commercial growth**in both new and existing accounts. - Experience with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - Postgraduate or complementary studies: MBA (Master in Business Administration), or a Master’s/Specialization in Sales, Commercial Strategy, Business Development, or related fields. - Advanced English. - Based in Bogotá D.C. - Availability for local and international travel.
