Job Description As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of helping customers navigate their credit journey. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, providing expert guidance on our credit monitoring and restoration software. Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 4.5 per hour in the applicant’s local currency Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40h per week. Schedule: 10:30 to 7 pm CT includes 1 hr unpaid break Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
