Scope of the Role You will take ownership of all things Google Ads—from launching and managing campaigns to optimizing performance and maintaining campaign operations with precision. You’ll work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure client goals are met and exceeded. Duties and responsibilities: - Launch, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and You Tube campaigns - Set up accounts, tags, pixels, and conversion tracking with precision - Build reporting dashboards and provide weekly performance insights - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on campaign briefs and testing plans - Maintain internal SOPs and campaign launch workflows - Identify opportunities to scale, automate, or improve campaign performance Requirements Requirements: - 2–4+ years of experience in media buying, especially Google Ads - Strong campaign operations and systems mindset - Experience setting up tracking, UTM structures, and pixels - Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools - Previous work with agencies or DTC brands is a plus - Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
