Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Regional Product Manager to lead our custom analytics and business experimentation efforts in the LAC region. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, regional product development, and market awareness across the region. About the Role - Lead existing and pipeline customized solutions in advanced analytics and business experimentation, ensuring alignment with regional needs. - Manage P&Ls; of custom analytics and business experimentation, driving profitability and sustainable growth. - Oversee regional solution development and customization to meet local market demands. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful sales, launches, and delivery across LAC. - Collaborate with global product teams to align on LAC market needs and product roadmaps. - Build regional partnerships with go-to-market teams and commercial product groups to drive growth in LAC. Key Qualifications - Possess a background in products, analytics, and/or management consulting, with a strong understanding of business development, client management, and consultative selling. - Understand P&L; management, with responsibility for driving profitability for product portfolios. - Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer success. - Have a creative mindset with the ability to craft and deliver compelling product narratives and storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences.
