It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for our next Marketing Manager to become part of our industry-leading Marketing team. This position is designed to deliver technical expertise and creative marketing with our Lucas Meyer Cosmetics team. Supporting North America region based out of our NYC office, the Regional Marketing Manager works alongside with the sales team to better penetrate key customers and to further build our Lucas Meyer Cosmetics’ regional image. **About You**: **Job Requirements**: **As a Marketing Manager, you will spend your time** - Implementing the global marketing strategy into a regional marketing strategy. - Leading the development of marketing concepts and promotional tools to differentiate our portfolio for regional/local accounts based on the global marketing strategy and priorities. - Assisting and supporting the sales strategy in the territory. - Providing technical support and answering technical questions on the LMC portfolio. - Helping customers to design stories & concepts around our portfolio. - Providing technical training to reps and customers. - Organizing regional tradeshows and seminars and delivering educational (technical) seminars. - Customizing presentations based on customer demand. - Creating and presenting market trend reviews to customers. - Monitoring competition. - Mastering and championing regional customer and consumer understanding and identifying untapped consumer/customer needs and market dynamics. - Collaborating with LMC international marketing and R&D; teams. **Required Experience** - Proactive, motivated and love challenges - Business-oriented and results-driven - Able to disseminate information, communicate effectively and influence people - Versatile and self-reliant - Highly organized and methodical, make quick and effective decisions - Able to collaborate and be a team player - Capable of multitasking - Ability to work with remote collaborators - Creative, problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities - Strong attention to details **Required Skills**: - Degree in cosmetics sciences/chemical engineering/chemistry or related field is required; MBA preferred. - Must have at least 5 years of experience in the cosmetic industry/formulation AND at least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. - Willing and able to travel up to 20%.
