Apprentice Engineer Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Engineer to join our team in Penrith. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who wish to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting experienced Engineers with diagnosing and fixing mechanical problems, as well as undertaking general service and PDI work. Duties and Responsibilities - Work alongside experienced Engineers to diagnose and fix mechanical issues. - Assist with general service and PDI tasks. - Develop skills in fault finding and repairing mechanical and electrical components. - Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment. - Work efficiently to meet daily job completion targets. - Ensure safe working practices in line with company health and safety guidelines. Requirements - Hold 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including Maths, English, and Science (preferably). - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Be eager to learn and develop new skills. - Display effective problem-solving and organizational abilities. - Show good timekeeping and a positive attitude towards work.
