The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the SAP Adoption Services Center provides expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers. As a CoE Consultant for Order to Cash and related processes, you will analyze the End-to-End Sales and Service Process of our global customers and present your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You will have the opportunity to design and optimize complex IT landscapes that support our largest customers' business operations. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting functional design validation workshops, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, system landscape, and investment protection. Supporting customer implementations and best practices for business processes, enhancing customer productivity, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by running an infrastructure that enables customers to leverage new opportunities. Conducting deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills, providing solutions and delivering services in complex environments. Supporting critical customer escalations and driving issues to resolution. Mandatory requirements include: Minimum 7 years of industry and SAP product experience in areas such as SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash or SAP ECC SD Module. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD customizing and/or development tasks. Experience with SAP DRC (e-Documents) for Latin America Localization topics. End-to-end business process knowledge with product expertise in S/4HANA Order to Cash, Sales, or Service. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the Americas region. Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills. Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering is preferred. Additional desired skills include: Knowledge in areas like Variant Configuration, Return Management, Available-to-Promise, Direct-to-Store Delivery, Pricing. Understanding programming, BTP development, OTC data models, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
