NCHC is recruiting a GS HR Transformation Lead, and Director with their Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation organization. The Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation Team are responsible for enterprise transformation & governance, portfolio management, PMO coordination, A&D; activities, and solutions, and deployment & implementation of cross-functional initiatives that accelerate value realization and enable the delivery of enterprise objectives. This role will report to the VP, of Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation in the Finance organization. The GS HR Transformation Lead, Director is responsible for supporting the Enterprise A&D; and Transformation Office and business leaders in the Global Services in designing, deploying, and executing TSA exit and end state design strategies providing strategic support in Talent Management, Organizational Design, Work Transition, and Location strategy. As NCHC plans to exit and the organization stand-up, there will be high complexity and high volume of org design, work transitions, and deployments to end state **Core Responsibilities include**: - Provide strategic HR support for enterprise and functional transformation projects. Partner with cross-functional team to drive solutions and identify and mitigate program key risks. - Establish HR guidance, strategy, and process for supporting organization design and transition planning including but not limited to Works Councils processes, talent strategy/design, talent engagement, TSA exit, and location strategy - Own governance and guidance around transformation organization processes including change control and design principles - Co-lead talent strategy roadmap with TMO/business to ensure clear objectives and strategy, and metrics for talent and capabilities. Ensure integrated talent approaches across portfolio and business - Leads integration across HR delivery and functional teams on strategy and delivery. - Manage operating model for delivery/support of HR-related services for Transformation - Play a consultative role in employee communication in a change initiative - Instill cultural discipline to ensure global deployment of core processes and programs across the region **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - BS in business or related discipline - A minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale global complex Transformations and/or A&D; leading HR-related workstreams for those programs - Minimum 10 years of experience in HR-related functions - Experience in global, regional, and country-related cultures and labor practices - Demonstrated success in developing and implementing short - and long-term strategies to drive business outcomes. - Ability to lead teams of SMEs to drive achievement of business deliverables. - Influential great teammate with a strong drive to create a positive work environment - Strong leadership skills; operates as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for business differences. - Expertise in managing, planning, and implementing global projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact - Relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills. - Experience coaching leaders is required - Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to create integrated global HR solutions to support enterprise goals, in alignment with global HR strategies - Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation, and consultative skills - Embodies strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills. - Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business - Experience developing high perform
