EntreAdmin is looking for a proactive and driven individual with a background in sales to join our team as a Client Success Specialist. In this role, you'll play an essential part in building relationships, expanding our virtual network, and supporting our business development efforts. We're looking for someone eager to grow in a sales position, willing to learn, and comfortable with virtual work environments. We provide thorough training on our services and hands-on experience to ensure you grow confidently into your role and stay aligned with client needs. Responsibilities: Build and maintain virtual networks to drive business growth Engage in proactive outreach and follow-ups with prospects and clients Manage communication and schedules with responsiveness and efficiency Provide high-quality administrative support as needed Collaborate effectively with management and other team members Adapt to various communication and project management tools Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs to better position services Requirements: Background in sales or business development, with proven networking ability Familiarity with virtual work environments and tools Strong sales skills Eagerness to call, text, email, and meet a lot of people Ability to use Active Campaign Responsive, proactive, and highly organized Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, sales-focused role Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Location within U.S. time zones is non-negotiable for effective collaboration Excellent internet connection and a quiet workspace Preferred Qualifications: Experience in virtual sales or client outreach roles Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools (specifically ActiveCampaign) Understanding of administrative support, marketing, or bookkeeping is a plus.
