Works closely with staff from all departments toensure standards are met. Is the direct supervisor at the receptionduring the night shift. Responds to a wide variety of guestrequests by accurately assessing the needs and requests of guestsand then adding recommendations and personal touches to achievemaximum guest satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasonspolicies. What you will do: - Manage activities at the receptionduring the night shift. - Ensure communication and follow-up withthe day shift on any issues, guest requests, or specialrequirements. - Frequent hotel rounds to supervise activities inall other departments. - Oversee activities to ensure standards aremet, staff is supported, and guest needs are satisfied. -Personally handle all guest relocations according to establishedguidelines. - Resolve guest complaints from all areas of the hotel,handling all guest interactions with the highest level ofhospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requestswhenever possible. - Review late arrivals, early arrivals for thenext day, and departures to plan activities for the following day. - Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements. -Ensure all financial and credit procedures are followed. - Takeaction on all matters related to the safety, satisfaction, andwell-being of guests and hotel employees without requiring specialdirection. Respond quickly and effectively to any hotel emergencyor security situation. Requirements: - Degree in hospitality,administrative careers, or related fields. - Minimum of 2 yearsexperience in similar positions. - Advanced level of English. -Availability to work the night shift.
